I went to photograph the famous red hut at sunrise at the Grand Teton National Park... It is in Antelope Flats, between the towns of Kelly and Moose. However, it was a cloudy day, and I didn't get the light promised that illuminates the red hut beautifully. Failing those iconic photos, I was driving back and realized I was in the midst of absolute beauty. Sweeping clouds, overshadowing a colorful sunrise, perfectly lighting up the snow-capped peaks! I stopped and captured this mesmerizing scenery, showing that great surprises come along when you least expect them!
