During a morning walk on a small coastal Florida city, the sun and its reflection in the ocean invited me to stand, be, breathe, and just take in the morning glory. Run turned into walk turned into sitting on the sand, closing my eyes, and being worry-free. The little clouds passing by reminded me of worries passing by, too.
